I'm getting an unexpected error trying to install MARS on a VM

I've downloaded MARS to a VM and try to install it using Run as Administrator but it fails with message "Unexpected error" what can I do?

    Sorry for the painful experience. Please check the basic requirements as show in the snippet below

    If requisites are met and still issue persist, suggest you to try the following:

    1. Copy "MARSAgentInstaller.exe" to a folder

    2. Opened CMD (As Admin) and navigate to that path
    3. Run the command - MARSAgentInstaller.exe /s /x /b

    4. A popup message will ask you for the path to extract the file

    5. Files will be extracted
    6. Install the packages by order (starting from down to up)
