Collatoration Template

Question

Our Marketing team is trying to streamline, record, track and update various projects and requests for assistance we get from both internal and external channels
Does Microsoft Team have a template that we can all create/access so we can track?

Our team consists of the following groups
• Events
• Digital
• Social
• Communications
• PR

Some fields, activity, action items we are looking to capture on events are:
• Creation of event invitation
• Import invitee list
• Invitation of clients to MS hosted or sponsored event
• Deploy cvent invitations
• Run registration reports
• On-site support
• Selection of venue
• Selection of virtual platform
• Management of virtual platform
• Develop event plan best practice
• Event date
• Duration of event
• Create gotowebinar invitation
• Pre recording of webinar
• Execution of webinar
• Request by
• Title
• Lob or business unit
• Region
• City
• Province

There will be more fields from the other groups and I would rather not have to create something in excel if possible.

There is no totally suitable template for your scenario.

From team level, you could use the Base template type - Collaborate on global crisis or event to start your teams. To learn more about Teams template, please refer to this link.

As we are mainly responsible for general issue of Microsoft Teams, your question about capturing events is more relate to development level. I would add office-teams-app-dev tag for more helping.
