How to connect a postgres database running in dokku to powerBI

I am using a postgres database in a dokku container, now I want to be able to check the data locally in powerBI desktop.
The process seems straightforward, but I need to put in the server field (see image).
Is it in the form of "postgresql://[user[:password]@][netloc][:port][/dbname][?param1=value1&...]" ?
I assume the database is just the name of my database table.

And is it even possible to connect to power BI from a dokku container?
