QR Code authenticator app

Question

Hi,

I have a university account for outlook and I need to use the authenticator to log in but it keeps asking me for the qr code which i do not have on my new phone. Where can I find this qr code again?

Welcome to our forum. Agree with oscarmh, if you cannot use your old device to login, it's suggested to contact with your organization admin to disable your MFA temporarily, for more detailed steps, you could refer to this article: Set up multi-factor authentication .
