I'm try to open azure free account and the issues was restriction to the country i live in that would be Somalia . what i to know is there away around to this restriction .**

any solution for this obstacle ?

    According to the Azure Free Account FAQ, this is available internationally in all countries where Azure is commercially available (which includes 140 countries/regions). While this list does not include Somalia, it does include neighboring Ethiopia and Kenya. I would call the number in the FAQ to find out the best solution for those looking to use Azure in Somalia.
