i am havinf a BOSD plz helpppp

Hi, my Laptop is having the bosd and ive tried everything. it all started in around october when i would load windows but when i try and go into desktop the screen will go grey so i reset my laptop it then happend a couple days ago so i did restore system then it happend again when it was updating and now it just in bosd and ive tried everything but nothing works. Reset failed. System restore failed boot options failied and loads of cmd trys failed so i beg you can help

Hi,
Firstly, you mentioned boot failed, so you unable to enter safe mode now，right?
If these methods all failed, try to use the Windows Media installation (ISO file) to repair. It usually enables repair options. Then you could choose system restore or use BOOTREC command to repair boot files.
