Hi,

One of the following members in the organisation is getting the following error when signing into a Surfacehub but other colleagues can sign in fine including myself

Surface | Other

    Thanks for your updates. From the picture you shared, may I confirm whether the user is having problem to sign into his Surface computer with his business account?

    However, if the user is encountering this problem when signing into Office desktop application, may I confirm which application the user is trying to sign into?

    Problem occurred yesterday morning 9:30 am uk time

    Yes office business account

    hes the only user that gets this message other users and myself sign in with no issues
