This is normal for some patches as they don't increment the farm build number or they do but don't increment it to the build number you see posted in the KB article.
In other words, what you're seeing is OK.

I am trying to update the cumulative updates for SharePoint 2016 server, this is application patching. it is from below link.

I have installed below files(please refer attached scree shot) and rebooted, and the ran product confiz wizard and it is successful
and then rebooted but still it is showing 16.0.5095.1000 under system settings DB version.
not sure what is missing here now?
we do every month, and every time it is successful, but this it is not showing latest one which should be 16.0.5110.100
