Yes the solid green screen was on the TV.
The issue does not happen when connected to a computer.

We have not but will do so.

We have a WDA in our conference room and when the TV is powered on the screen is solid green. I have discovered that removing the HDMI end of the WDA and replacing it causes the device to reboot into the normal home screen. If we restart the TV then we get the solid green screen again. However, if a PC is connected to the device and we power-cycle the TV it reconnects correctly without the solid green screen. I have checked for firmware updates (current version: 2.0.8384) and reset the device but the issue is still happening.
Is anyone else seeing similar behavior or have any suggestions?
