intune - azure joined - set time automatically grayed out

Intune win10 deployment
we decline the privacy options during OOBE screen
location is one of the declined options

is this why Set Time Automatically is grayed out? If so how can we enable this so OOBE roll out adjusts for each users. We are in multiple time zones and users travel frequently.

@Scott , From your description, it seems the "set time automatically" is grayed out. Could you if the setting is under Time language as below:

I notice you mentioned that the privacy option and location are declined. Could you confirm if we means the options are hidden in Autopilot profile?

Meanwhile, please also confirm if any policy in the following links are configured in our environment which will cause the setting grayed out

Thanks for the help

• Privacy settings in AP Deployment Profile is set to Show - as we want to disable these settings. If we hide this settings the default is to enable all of them.
• We disable ALL of the privacy settings during OOBE

Is disabling these privacy settings WHY I cannot set Time and TZ automatically? If so - would I be better off allowing location (assuming location is the privacy settings responsible) and then restricting in a confg profile?
