Find surface keyboard serial number

Hello.

I bought a microsoft surface keyboard from the microsoft online site and have been trying for months to get assistance, but i can only have assistance if i have the number registered as there is no telephone assistance, however the serial number i found in the battery area is not valid.

1: Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support (Make sure you are signed in with your personal Microsoft account)

2: Sign in with your personal Microsoft Account

3: Click on Get support

4: Enter a brief description of the issue on the Describe your issue here... box

5: Click on Get Help

6: Click on Contact Support below

7: Under Product and services, select Other Products

8: Under Category, select Microsoft Accessories

9: Click on Confirm

10: Chat with support agent and Provide your phone number options should appear. Choose one then provide the details asked.

Hello.

The keyboard is the surface keyboard (Bluetooth) so the serial number is in the battery compartment, when I insert that number it says that is wrong.

I tried to do this on the English site, but I got a white page when I clicked on “contact support”. So the prints above will be in Portuguese.

After I press "Contact suport":

I get "How can I talk with an agent?" button, when I press it I'm redirected to the forum:

And when I call Microsoft Portugal's mobile number, the bot says that support is now done online, that is, one way or another I can never talk to a person.

I appreciate the screenshots. Try to use the Inprivate session in Edge. Go to the three dots option below the X icon > Choose new InPrivate session > then follow the steps above in contacting supports. Make sure that you are signed in using your Personal Microsoft Account.
