Fix Error AADSTS50020 when logged in user doesn't have permissions to selected Application.

Question

I am using following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/ for configuration and https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/zendesk-tutorial and when I am running user flow I am getting error AADSTS50020 every time when I am trying to login with user which have following attribute” Source as Azure Active Directory and user type as Member” It give me an error "this account need to be added as external user in the tenant first"

Hi,

It looks like you configured Zendesk as azure ad application and you are trying to access it using a consumer account.

If you want to use B2C users, then you have to add it as a B2C application as described in this article.
