Deletion of Assignments and forms after leaving a team

Question

Hello,
Our university was conducting online exams due to the pandemic.
So what happened was I submitted the exam part-I through forms and part - II through the assignment section. After the exam was over I immediately left the team.
I was worried if leaving the team would have deleted the form or the assignment that I have just submitted ? or the professor will be able to view it.

Don't worry about it. Teams assignment will be uploaded to SharePoint Online when you submit it in Teams. It will not be deleted automatically as you leave the organization.

I have the same problem and my professor marked Zero as there was no record . What to do?
