Excel Form configuration

I have a form with many formulas and and user input cells (this form was created by an outside firm and don't have the contact). To make it easier for input I generated an Application in Windows forms with C#.NET and Excel Interop. The program generated form works and acts almost the same. My problem is that the original form, when printed adjust the row height and fonts so that the most lines of data print on one page. The program generated form does not do that. Thus when both forms are put side by side, you can see that the row heights of the original are shorter and the fonts are smaller.

What I see so far is that in the Page Layout in the "Scale to fit" box the width is set to 1 page and height is set to Automatic. The % scaling is at 70% on the original. On the program generated, the width is 1 page and when I set height to Automatic, the scale % gets set to 77%. Now I cannot adjust that so what fields do I need to adjust so that the % goes down?
