Question

I have received a EMail from m365dev@microsoft.com stating

Your Microsoft 365 trial developer subscription will expire soon

My user name is something like this
yyyy@xxxxxxxxxxxxx .onmicrosoft.com (not sure if I can mention my ID here)

All support ask me to go to 'Microsoft 365 Developer Program dashboard.'
When I login there I get

We can't sign you in with that account
Please sign in with your Microsoft 365 Developer Program account instead. MS-CorrelationId: ad5ea672-01c5-41d1-8611-0e000464709a

My Username and password is correct and I can go to below URL and I have even just changed my password.

Please guide. I am doing lots of development work on Microsoft Graph API (Onedrive and Sharepoint)

Hi @Allan Fernandes ,

If you signed up for your subscription after August 2018 and you're an active developer, your subscription will be renewed automatically for another 90 days from the original date of expiration.

If you signed up for your subscription before then, your subscription is not renewable and you'll need to set up a new one when it expires.

In addition, It's not supported to sign in to the Developer Program dashboard with existing domain account.
