When will SQL Warehouse Serverless be available in South Africa North Region?

I am interested in using the Serverless SQL Warehouse cluster for my projects. Could you please provide information on when this will be available in the South Africa North region?

Hi Tabina Shabir As of now, Serverless SQL Warehouse is not available in the South Africa North region. Microsoft continues to expand service availability across regions based on infrastructure readiness and customer demand, but there's no public ETA for when this feature will be enabled in South Africa North.

If "Serverless" isn't listed under SQL Database in your region, it means it's not currently supported.

Also, keep an eye on the Azure Updates portal for any upcoming announcements about new features or regional expansions.

If your project is time-sensitive, consider deploying Serverless SQL in the nearest supported region as a temporary workaround.
