Incompatible Driver Preventing Memory Integrity from Being Enabled

Hello,

My Windows system is fully updated, but I am unable to enable Memory Integrity under Core Isolation in Windows Security. I receive a warning about incompatible drivers:

CT_QUALCOMM_U_drv.sys

Version: 1.1.0.0

  Provider: Qualcomm

     Driver Date: 2/1/2009

I couldn’t find an updated version of this driver via Windows Update or the manufacturer's website. Is there a recommended way to resolve this issue — either by updating, replacing, or removing this driver safely? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Sorry my original reply was for another user.

    My reply for you:

You would have to uninstall the device or software the driver is connected with or update the driver or software.

That driver is usually for an external USB network adapter you have connected to your PC.

If you are using that type of device, you will need to go to the support page for the USB network adapter to see if they provide an updated driver for that device, if you are unable to find a compatible driver, then you may need to purchase a new USB Internet adapter.
