Permissions on Azure devops

User should be part of which group to get below permissins:

User has to create/ configure boards/ analytics views/ dashboards etc and currently now he has view permissions only

Could you please follow the below steps to resolve this issue:

Ensure the user should have at least a Basic access level in Azure DevOps.
Go to Azure DevOps -> Select your Project -> Project Settings -> Ensure user must be part of Contributor or Project Administrator Group -> Permissions section -> Set Allow to all the permissions.
Under Project Settings -> Users section -> Select the user -> Permissions section -> Set Allow to all the permissions.
For Dashboard permissions -> Go to Dashboards -> Dashboard Settings -> Manage Permissions for this dashboard -> Set Allow to delete and edit dashboard.
