Help Regarding Certification Exam.

Question

I gave my AI engineer exam yesterday and Submitted my exam by mistake with 15 mins remaining and 12 questions unanswered and 5 in review.

I got like 576 out 700 with 12 questions unanswered and 6 in review. I would be very thankful if I could get a coupon code or some discount and I really don't want to wait for 14 days to give my exam.

If there is anything I can help you with please let me know.

At least have a chatbot for your huge website, when Asked a query it should redirect the user to link, using Vector Database you can upload all the website content and using similarity search with Euclidean metrics can search for user query. Same you should build for learning center, where students like me access Microsoft learning materials. This would help answer the questions then and there only. And you should have some people working in UX, because for the past 1 hour I am stuck in a loop in the website. I am not able to find any support regarding certifications and I am in loop with your contact services. I have called on support but that also points me to support website, and None of the support website provides support for certification exam. It's all just a suggestion.
