changing default language to English in bing

I am temporarily in china.  How do I get Bing to start in the English version rather than the Chinese version?  it persists in starting in Chinese.  I have set the default language to English but it persists in starting in Chinese. setting  http://www.bing.com does not help since always opens in http://cn.bing.com/.

    Hi Virender,

    Here are a few things we can try to resolve this issue with Bing's default language:

    • Make sure your browser settings are set to the proper region.

    For Internet Explorer:

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. Click Tools.
    3. Click Internet Options.
    4. Click Languages, under the General tab.
    5. Click Add...
    6. Select the language you would like to add.
    7. Click OK.
    • Verify Bing's default language.
    1. Click on this link: Bing Settings
    2. Click Language.

    1. Under Display Language, choose English.

    1. Click on Save.
