When I am trying to create a key, it says failed to create a new application.

Good day Narek, thanks for your question. My apologies and others are experiencing the same thing (there might be others who have not reporter it as well) and it will also be best to reprort this via the Feedback Hub app by pressing Windows key + F and cascade it from there and hopefully this will be fixed anytime soon.

btw I just talked with a friend and it seems to be an issue from your side. So ig I just have to wait for you to fix it, and in case you didn't know about the issue, please report it so it'll be fixed.
