why the reward now decrease

usually u can earn 102 reward points daily now become 90 only ( now if i already searching about certain topic the other day and next day i search it the same now my search point wont be increase ) and the other section like quote of the day earn +10 before now become only +5 ?

    Before i make a question in here i ve been monitor and log in log out for 3 week (im level 2 and ive been claimed reward before so i know theres something sus in reward point now ) , i never experience this either using vpn or not using vpn so im gonna reach microsoft thank u anyway

    Good day Ihsan! I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. You can check and try the below and see how it goes.

    > Logout and login again to your MS Rewards account and try it again

    > Go to account.microsoft.com/rewards and check if there is a card that says something about search earning, like un-pause search earning and get closer to Level 2 with this bonus! and click the link below it and then try a few more Bing searches

    > If it is still the same after trying the above then I would suggest to monitor it for a bit more of time as there might be an issue on the system or server that is interfering with this one but if it will still be same later today (also try an alternative browser and do not use or connect to VPN) then you can head over to the link below to check it directly with the MS Rewards Support as they have information and access to provide on what transpired on the issue that you have encountered and my apologies as well as this is a user to user forum and therefore we do not have inside access to be able to cross check this from our end.
