Microsoft Rewards Problems

I Need Microsoft to fix the scoring points problem along with the consecutive days' problem. My computer is working perfectly so it is not my computer or any of its settings. I've done everything you've had us do to fix it and it is on your end. Also, by the amount of other people having the same problem for the past couple of months I know the problem is on your end. Please fix it once and for all.

    Hey Ron!

My name is Ravi, and I am an independent advisor. I am happy to help you. :)

I understand how concerning and confusing facing such changes with rewards can be.

Microsoft has made some changes to the rewards and distribution. Depending on a user's level and actions, rewards are being given. At the moment, there doesn't seem to be an issue. However, as you already know many people have mentioned it. Hopefully, Microsoft will make more changes to improve it.

Feel free to get in touch again if you have any additional questions.

    Cheers,

    Ravi

Your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. Our research indicates that you or your Microsoft Rewards account has engaged in one or more violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement, which may include, but is not limited to:

    • Maintaining multiple user accounts per household
    • Opening more than one user account per individual
    • Residing outside of the supported regions
    • Providing inaccurate account information, including your true first and last name, your complete and accurate mailing address, a working phone number and your email address
    • Using a service intended to confuse your true IP address or your location
    • Using a bot, cheat code, macro or other automated method to participate in Microsoft Rewards

Ron, I completely understand it. I don't work for Microsoft. Microsoft hasn't announced any bugs in the rewards system.

Since people are sending feedback to Microsoft, we might see some updates. Being a user like you, I am also waiting for it to happen.

At the moment, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Disconnect from a VPN or Proxy server if you use any.
    2. Try a different browser.
    3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
    4. Disabling extensions.

    5). Use the incognito mode.

After that, you can try earning rewards to see if it works.

You just replied: At the moment, there doesn't seem to be an issue. However, as you already know many people have mentioned it. Hopefully, Microsoft will make more changes to improve it. **How in the world do you go about fixing or as you put it, improving a non-existing problem?**Foolish Answer!
