My account is suspended after redeeming amazon gift card

My account was suspended from past 20 days i redeem Amazon gift card after that my account is suspended and that gift card becomes void that is not able to redeem at Amazon account. I try to contact customer service but no single reply is given by support team. Atleast 9-10 mails I sent to customer support no single reply is received

    Hi,

    I am sorry that you are still having trouble recovering your account.

    I think that your account may be suspended permanently. Moving forward, I recommend creating a new Microsoft account and using the rewards there without violating Microsoft's terms and conditions.

    To add a domain to safe sender lists, visit https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/ju... and sign in with your Microsoft account.

    Add the microsoft.com domain to the safe sender lists.

    Yes , i also check each and every thing in mail box like inbox and spam mails I don't receive and type of mail.

    And secondly I don't understand where to add "microsoft.com".

    I also take screenshot of raise ticket number but now I think I cannot recover my account as not reply from customer support regarding suspension

    Have you checked your junk or spam email folders to see if the email was delivered there?

    Additionally, to ensure you can receive replies from the Microsoft Rewards team, please add the "microsoft.com" domain to your email's safe list.

    I don't know how many time I fill this form . Problem is that why I didn't get any reply from support team. Atleast I raise this ticket 9-10 times from my suspended account
