If you earned these points in South Korea, you can wait until you return to South Korea to redeem them. If you earned them in the Netherlands and have a chance to go there, you can redeem them when you arrive in the Netherlands. If you don't plan to go to the Netherlands, then there's really nothing Microsoft can do.
