I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

Unfortunately, there is no option that allows users to change Bing results page to dark mode. However, you can use the flag that enables the dark mode on websites as a work-around. To do this, type “edge://flags” into Edge’s address bar and press Enter. At the top of the Experiments page, search for “Dark Mode”. Click #enable-force-dark, select Enabled and click Restart.
