How Can I Change The Language In Microsoft Rewards?

I live in America/The USA and for some reason, my Microsoft rewards is in Russian. My Bing is in English but not the dashboard for Microsoft Rewards and I don't know how to change it back to English. I do not speak Russian, so if anyone could help me, I'd appreciate it.
EDIT: My display language and preferred language is English, so I'm not sure why it's still in Russian...

    Can you scroll down to the bottom section of the Rewards page and check if the language is set to English (refer to the image below for reference)? If it's not set to English, click on it, and you'll be redirected to the settings page where you can select English as the display language for the Bing/Rewards website.
