Searches not counting for points

I have been trying to do my bing searches on chrome for a couple of days now but only like 1/4 of my searches actually count towards points. I tried clearing my cache, using a different browser, and turning off my adblock but nothing seems to help. What can I do?

    I understand your frustration. You're not alone, many users are experiencing this. However, even though it might not reflect immediately, your searches could still be adding up behind the scenes. To make sure, try closing Edge or the Bing app and check the points again under "Search on Microsoft Bing." and check if it update the search points counter from there.
