Not able to build Android project in Xamarin.Forms

Getting below error while building a Xamarin.Forms solution.

Error The file "obj\Debug\81\stamp_ResolveLibraryProjectImports.stamp" cannot be created. Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Code\MobileQS\MobileQS.Droid.Library\obj\Debug\81\stamp_ResolveLibraryProjectImports.stamp'. MobileQS.Droid.Library

Currently using VS 2019 Version 16.8.4

No issue in Version 16.7.5.
After update the above issue is coming.

Deleted obj,bin and restarted application but not resolved.

I tried with updated SDK but still have same issue. PFB the current state of my SDK Tools:

Please suggest something.

please create a new project to make a test. If new project have same issue. If you have same issue, please open VS Installer, click More, then click Repair.
