Windows Server Licensing

Question

Hi,

One of my customer is having 2 nodes. Those nodes are PR and DR server. They need to license the both servers. Are they need to purchase license for both PR and DR servers? If they need to license the both servers what is the license type they need to purchase form below options.

Only Windows Server License
Windows Server License + Software Assurance
