Gift card still in progress, not getting code

So basically, this morning I redeemed a $10 Xbox gift card. However, 8 hours later, I still have not received a code for it. I've contacted support two times, but they haven't responded yet. For past purchases, for example a $1.25 gift card, I've gotten it pretty fast, However, this time it's different. Maybe it's because it's a large amount of money? I don't know. I'm kinda freaking out right now because I've spent all my points. I don't want to lose it all for nothing.

    Good day Gbeemisetty, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. My apologies on this and I would suggest to monitor it for a bit more of time as there might be an issue on the system or server that is interfering with this one but if it will still be same later today then you can head over to the link below to check it directly with the MS Rewards Support as they have information and access to provide on what transpired on the issue that you and the others have encountered (submitting a report again or a follow up is important so that the rewards team will be totally aware of this issue) and my apologies again as this is a user to user forum and therefore we do not have inside access to be able to cross check this from our end.
