    There are a few possible reasons why we are receiving this error.

    1. Your account has been detected as violating the Rewards terms of service.
    2. The rewards you are claiming run out of stock
    3. There is a bug with the rewards list.

    If your account does not violate the terms of service, I recommend submitting a report using the link below so that the rewards team will be aware of and investigate the issue.

    I also encountered this error before on my account when I tried to redeem a reward. I did not violate the terms of service, and I reported it using the link above. I thought my account had been suspended because I hadn't received any reply from rewards support. Then, after a few days of trying, I managed to claim the gift code
