Hello All,

Thanks in advance!

I am using SPO Query Builder which searches from Local SharePoint.

I am stuck in a requirement where I need to show items from specific list based on the search term entered. This needs to be promoted to top of the results and rest of the search results will follow suit.

Not sure what mistake am I doing here, the items from the list are not promoted to top of the results.

My Expected Result is to show the Display Form URL of the list item as promoted search result. Instead, the result set is entirely different.

Can you please guide me here. List Name here is "Apps".

    Hi @R, Naveen ,

I create a new list named Apps and add items with title workday, upload documents named workday and also create a new page named workday, then I change the rank the same as you, which works well, please refer to:

If we remove the rank, it will recover to the default:

I change the order of the search results at tenant level, please check whether you have other query rules which may have conflicts.
