I got logged out of my account about 2 weeks ago for having a 3 day ban over me just talking to my friend in bloxburg. I have ever since been trying to gain the account back and I have no clue if my account got banned forever. I’ve been trying to delete as much as I can to clear up storage because my email says icloud full and i searched it up and it said to just clear up storage. Now I have plenty of storage left but I still don’t receive the forgot password email etc.

    Hello, Constanca

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I noticed you've been experiencing limitations with your Microsoft services, and I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. I want to explain that many platforms, including Microsoft, use AI or automated bots to manage user behavior and ensure compliance with our user guidelines. These systems use keywords, user behavior patterns, and other triggers to determine if comments or actions violate those guidelines.

However, because these reviews are machine-based, there's always a possibility of errors or misinterpretations. Your account or the content you shared might have inadvertently triggered a rule that the system flagged as "sensitive." Even after making modifications, the system may still have tagged you, leading to further limitations or even a suspension.

I recommend appealing this restriction directly with Microsoft. You can access the feedback tool through the button in the bottom right corner of any MSN page, or through the settings gear icon in the top right corner of the MSN homepage.

Through these channels, you can explain your situation in detail and provide any supporting evidence to help the staff better understand and resolve the issue.

Please be aware that due to the large volume of appeals, it may take some time to receive a response. If you don't hear back after a while, please don't lose hope. You can try submitting your concerns multiple times. We believe that collective voices can make a difference!

Thank you for your understanding and support. I'm confident that Microsoft will continue to improve our review systems, minimize errors, and provide you with a better user experience.
