I have tried to use a number multiple times it never sent code now its locked help i am trying to obtain purchased rewards. wont let me verify number and its first time.

When submitting a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with the account you need support for（(unless your account is no longer available, consider switching to a different account) ）and provide as much information as possible to submit the issue, then please be patient after submitting as this is a very small team so there are a lot of users in the queue.
