Points Earning Problem

I think my microsoft account point is not incr it is stuck at 1,114 even when I search I refreshed it too many Times but nothing happens . Only the Mission Points are increasing . Daily limit is upto 90 points , but my one is stuck at 12 daily limit points .

    I'm Christine, I'll be happy to assist you. It seems like your MS Rewards points is not increasing. Have you tried to reset your browser or clear the cache and cookies?
