Have you implemented the program in my first reply?

Did you try to add an email? Did you get any error messages during the adding process?

Unfortunately, I am unable to redeem and send you an Amezon gift card directly and I am not on the Microsoft Rewards team, which is why I asked you to submit the form to the Rewards team.

You can rest assured that the points in your account will not be deducted for no reason.
