Bing copilot the same question 2 different pc

I make the same question from 2 different pc and i get 2 different actions.

The question was "Change my background wallpaper to black".

Answers in one PC say i can't open the windows settings "control panel" Because i can't.

In the second PC is opening the windows settings and say you can change to black.

Can you try to your PC and write what happen?

I need help to find what is the different between the 2 pc both windows 11 latest version.

One AMD Cpu AND one Intel Cpu.

    Yes, even if the version is the same the features will not be the same - this is something called Controlled feature rollout. Think of it as a queue where one PC has got the in the queue and the other is still waiting.

    the version of the windows is the same 22631.2792

    Both system is nearly the same time build with some month between them.

    one with motherboard x570 AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor rtx 3080

    and the other motherboard z790 intel 13900k rtx 3070

    Thats mean you give more with intel cpu and less with amd cpu.

    So if i can understand from your answer.
