You can try contacting the Rewards support team who can look into your account and help resolve the issue, so please get in touch with them by using one of the methods below.

Please create a support ticket with the Microsoft Rewards team by visiting https://rewards.bing.com/support . When submitting a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with the account you need support for（unless your account is no longer available, consider switching to a different account）and provide as much information as possible to submit the issue, then please be patient after submitting as this is a very small team so there are a lot of users in the queue.
