    With this information, I recommend clearing the Copilot app's data from the app settings and trying to sign in again later.

    If the issue still persists after several attempts, you can contact Microsoft Support using the following steps:

    > Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.

    > At the bottom, click "Sign in to contact support" and sign in with your personal Microsoft account, or click "Contact Support" if you're already signed in.

    > In Product and services, select "Windows".

    > In Category, select "Technical support."

    > Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

    If you ever find yourself stuck in a loop, please use the keywords "Contact Support" or "Live Chat" (without the quotes) and click "Contact Support" at the bottom.

    Thank you for letting me know. Was the account newly created? Also can you test signing in using Bing app, you can download it in the apps store.
