How To Connect To Microsoft Azure GitHub Enterprise Server

Hello,

I recently purchased an instance of GitHub Enterprise Server Virtual-Machine from the Micrsoft Azure Portal, but now I do not know how to connect to it.

I also tried to connect both via SSH and RDP but was not able to (both connection timed out)

I looked online all over Google but was not able to find any help regarding this issue.
