Why aren't chats saving?

Conversations with Bing AI/Copilot keep getting disappeared from recent activity. They are there for a seconds before they disappear from recent activity. This only new chats, old ones still show up there fine. This problem started yesterday. But the weird thing is that some of them do save, but others disappear.
