Windows insider program issue

Unable to update the Windows insider program and getting some error message like " a newer build is available in Windows update"

    One possible reason for your issue is that insider program settings are corrupted.

    To fix this delete WindowsSelfHost key from registry.

    1. Open open regedit (push Win key and type regedit).
    2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost
    3. On left panel right click that key and delete it.
    4. Close regedit and restart (may require two restart)
    5. Check Windows insider program settings and relink to insider program if needed.
