Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
Can you see the chat icon in your Teams client?
To exclude the client issue, we firstly recommend you try to login in Teams web client to see if this issue still persists. If there is no issue on web client, this issue may related to Teams client. In this case, you can try to clean Teams client cache file to see if it can be fixed.
