Windows 11 Narrow Scrollbars

Another awkward thing about Windows 11 are the narrow scrollbars. The Windows 11 interface is all out of proportion.; some things are too big, and some are too small. I know that they expand when hovering the mouse pointer over them; however Windows 11 is not "disabled user" friendly - very poor ergonomics.
I'm running Windows 11 Pro v 21H2 Release Preview (Build 22000.346) x64; however, it is a problem in all Builds.
