Were you able to resolve the problem? I have the same issue with
my Asus vivobook.

Hi, I'm having troubles with my camera, as you can see from this short video.
Basically, it continues to loop through the same frames. The frames change when the video goes on, but still there's this loop going on between frames.
I have an Asus Zenbook. I'm on Windows 10 Home, Version 2004, build 20262.1010.
Device Manager doesn't detect any problem, but it strangely shows twice the same camera
I tried to uninstall, disable and reinstall the camera drivers. I also tried to install the drivers from the asus website, without success. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on?

This is by using the default Camera App or whatever other app that uses the webcam (I tried Skype and Facebook on edge for now). I just posted the video on YouTube, but this is not a YouTube specific problem.
Yes I am on the insider preview channel. Been wondering about the preview builds.
Unfortunately not. Are you also on the Insider Preview channel or the standard release one?
Is this with the Camera app or with YouTube
