I was unable to start my laptop and tried to remove and reinsert the RAM . After around 1 hr when I tried to turn on the laptop , it booted but got the BOD with nvlddmkm.sys error, it happened when I tried to open ROG Armory Crate. And then it didn't restart for a long time so I pressed and hold the power button for 10sec and the system shut down. After that I wasn't able to boot the device and the next day when I did I got this error.

Try this first, you might have to do this with a bootable Windows flash card. Appears your Nvidia drivers are corrupt.

Power on your computer and power it off as soon as you see the Windows logo. Do it three times.

After the third time, Windows 10 will boot into diagnostics mode. Sometimes holding the Shift key while booting will bring up this screen. Click Advanced options when the recovery screen appears.

Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair.

If the issue persists, proceed with these steps:

Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt.

When the Command Prompt window appears, enter the following lines and press Enter after each line.

    bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd

    bootrec.exe /fixmbr

    bootrec.exe /fixboot

Where you or have you used this Asus tool to over-clock your system. Did you possibly set too high a frequency.

First double check that you seated the ram chips properly, may as well check your controller to the HD or SSD to ensure that is seated properly.

The picture you posted in first post would appear after going through bios. If you cannot get to repair menu by powering down system 3 times, you need to boot from a bootable flash card of windows. Suspect you have an Asus device.

What OS build are you on?  Hit the Windows key, type winver, hit Enter.

    Or Windows key+r, winver, OK
