No button for Insider program

Soo, there is no register or link an account button when I click Get started on the Windows Insider Program Page. Here is a pic for reference.

    I have not seen that case yet, mine on current public Build shows "Link an account" button. 😎🤷‍♂️

    What build are you currently running? Is this the 1st time you are using Windows Insider, or did it work before?

    I even tried after a clean install with a local account and still got the button to "Link an account" for insider. 🤷‍♂️
