Hi Tammy Phillips,
Be careful using beta installs on a new computer as warranty might be invalid.
Which model is the HP laptop? Did it come with Windows 11 already installed?

I purchased a new HP laptop last week and enrolled it in the Windows Insider Beta channel. Now I can not install Windows updates. It stops at 8% every time with a message that it can't download because other updates are in progress. I left it running since Friday, and nothing new has been downloaded or installed. I don't know where to find anything else that might be downloading, and I can't imagine it would take that long to do so either. Can anyone offer any advice, please? Thank you!
