The 0xc1900101 error usually means a driver concern. There could be other factors, 3rd party AV, even some programs that get deep into the OS such as Daemon Tools for example.
Ensure your drivers are current, suggest trying a clean boot as well.

As the title suggests, whenever I try to update to the windows 11 insider program co_release, it works just fine until it gets to around 87% done with the update. Once it reaches this, the pc restarts and then starts saying "undoing changes made to this pc". Once I try and look to see what was wrong, it gives me this - 0xc1900101. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Same here, my I used a workaround for the "Secure boot not available" requirement for the installation, a moded "appraiserres.dll" in the sources folder.
Any chance that would've caused this?
